Cancellation & Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best legal services. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are processed.
1. Cancellation by the Client
You may cancel your service request at any time before the actual filing process has begun.
- Before Processing: If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before our team has started drafting your application, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the professional fees.
- During Drafting: If work has commenced (e.g., trademark search completed or drafting started), a deduction of 50% of the professional fee will apply.
- After Filing: Once the application has been submitted to the government portal, no cancellation is possible.
2. Government Fees Non-Refundable
It is important to understand the distinction between our professional fees and the government fees.
3. Cancellation by Selfcraft Legal
We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund if:
- We are unable to verify your identity or documents.
- The service requested falls outside our scope of expertise or jurisdiction.
- You fail to provide necessary documents within 30 days of payment.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Change of Service
If you wish to downgrade or upgrade your service package (e.g., from Basic to Premium) before filing, the difference in amount will either be refunded or charged accordingly.
